New Zealand's history, legislation and location make it worthy of considering when looking to  minimize your taxes.

Although New Zealand is not typically perceived as a tax haven, it has characteristics often saught in a tax haven:

New Zealand offers a number of structures for entities, including Trusts and Companies.  New Zealand is one of the cheapest and easiest places in the world to set up a company.  The only requirement is a New Zealand Office / Address for service, which we can provide (Note that you will need to notify the Companies Office where you keep the company records, or we can arrange to hold these for you).  All of the directors and shareholders can be off shore.
