Mail Forwarding Packages

The following are a list of our "ready to order" mail forwarding packages.  If you require something not here, please email us to confirm.   All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars, which typically is worth about 70% of a US dollar.

All packages include:

  1. Unique Physical Address
  2. Storage of mail for 3 months before being destroyed

Notes and Conditions relating to scanning of documents

  1. Where a document to be scanned is made up of multiple pages, staples, spines or binding agents will be removed to facilitate processing
  2. Where a document is longer then 30 pages, unless otherwise agreed, we will scan only the first 5 pages, and seek confirmation before scanning the remainder of the document (as in such cases it may be preferable to mail the document on)
  3. A page is deamed to be an A4 page or smaller. Depending on the nature of unusual pages, additional charges may apply
  4. Pages will typically be scanned at a quality suitable for viewing on screen, and in black and white or reduced color depth where color is unlikely to be significant to the interpretation of the document. This is done to speed up the ability with which images can be retrieved, as it can shrink file sizes to less then 1/10th their size. In the unlikely event that a document is unreadable, we will rescan it for free. If you require a higher resolution or more colourful output for reproducing, we are happy to rescan the document at higher resolution, but additional fees may apply.

Prices for Forwarding Mail

We can collect and forward mail to you periodically. The minimum frequency of forwarding mail (if any) is once per month. The maximum frequency is once per day.

These fees are an additional addon to the packages for Scanning Documents, ie there is a minimum base fee of $50 per year for the Fast Forward package, in addition to forwarding charges (although you are welcome to use any package). Charging is based on the size of letters/parcels we send out - The forwarding charges (using regular air mail) are as follows:

Prices for larger packages are available on request, and with specific information as to the size and destination of the parcel. As a rule of thumb, we will charge a handling fee of $5 per parcel, and a surcharge of 10% on the standard New Zealand Post rates.
