Company Incorporation
We can assist you in incorporating your company. Our charge for "sorting it out" is NZ$100, (in addition to company fees). This service includes optionally registering the business for GST.
Alternatively, if you wish to register the company directly with the Companies Office, we can provide you with a New Zealand based address for service, including forwarding on correspondance
