Banking Assistance

Need to handle cheques (checks) - We may be able to assist.

Note: NZ Office is not a bank, nor do we operate a trust fund. We will not act as a signatory on your bank account. We will not bank a cheque into our account on your behalf without first satisfying ourselves as to the legitimacy of the transaction. If you would have a problem with us telling the police or tax man about your transactions, please do not use this service.

That out the way, we can help you with -
  1. Banking cheques into a New Zealand Bank Account you already operate.
  2. Accepting and banking cheques into our account and forwarding the funds on to you (once they have cleared).
As this is a customised and specialist service, please advise us of your needs, and what you expect to use the service for, and we will be happy to quote you for helping you. Our charges will vary depending on -
  1. The bank you choose to bank through.
  2. How often you want us to do banking for you.
  3. How many cheques you bank.
  4. If we are banking cheques into your bank account or our own.
